Strengthening carcel reform across Texas
through direct organizational support, public education & broadcast media
Texas Prison Reform cannot be achieved in isolation, not without help. Nor by reinventing the wheel; it requires honoring and uplifting the dedicated organizations that have fought on the frontlines for decades. Texas Prison Reform LLC operates as an active ally and force multiplier for the established non-profit network across the state, lending technical support, administrative resources, and broadcast media reach to amplify the foundation these leaders built. By backing veteran advocacy groups—from grassroots re-entry initiatives to long-standing policy coalitions—we ensure that critical campaigns for extreme heat mitigation, grievance accountability, and humane living conditions are elevated rather than duplicated. Real, lasting transformation within Texas Department of Criminal Justice facilities demands a unified front where new advocacy tools directly strengthen, honor, and accelerate the vital work already underway.

The Prison Show
The Prison Show features conversation about the TDCJ and other prison system issues, the justice system, death penalty, poor medical care, abusive summer heat conditions and other conditions for inmates, as well as court, junk science and evidence abuses and bail issues.

Texas Prison Reform has been blessed one of The Prison Shows many guests. Other guests include numerous advocacy groups, attorneys, persons who work in the criminal justice system, substance abuse counselors, success stories of former inmates and more. Music segments include live performances by formerly incarcerated persons. The show also includes a call-in hour that allows family members to speak on air to incarcerated loved ones.
This serves the station's main goal: connecting incarcerated persons with friends and family outside prison
After 4 years of negotiation with TDCJ and Securus, The Prison Show was approved to upload content on the Edovo App so the incarcerated can view or listen for free without having to purchase radios. Edovo is currently available in 48 states for an approximate 1.1 million incarcerated population.
